Meet Dr. Shelly Webb, D.C.
Having back pain from the age of eleven, and sciatica from a bowling injury at 16, I really needed a Chiropractor. Being the daughter of a medical doctor and surgeon, I had never known about alternatives to drugs and surgery. Before entering college, I was hired by three terrific Chiropractors, who not only cured me of my back pain and scoliosis resulting from my injury, but also introduced me to the wonderful world of Chiropractic as a career choice and life pursuit. I chose Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa for my doctoral degree and excelled there not only academically but in radiology and technique whereupon I received two internships assisting in both departments gaining tremendous experience and additional instruction. My post college externships gave me the great opportunity to become proficient in Gonstead and diversified techniques which have allowed me to develop my own Webb Tech Method to care for acute and chronic conditions with the most direct and pain free approach.
I have also been on a life quest for alternatives to drug therapies and surgeries for heart conditions and cancer, which took the lives of both of my parents at an early age. The study of Clinical nutrition and selective dietary regimes have helped me develop alternative solutions for a variety of health issues and provide quality information to protect the health of my family and my patients. My husband, three daughters and my two grandsons are all very healthy and lead drug free lives.
I look forward to seeing you in the office.
